Coolant system hose clamps - check for tightness
Drive belts - inspect condition and check tension
Exhaust system - inspect condition & check clamps for tightness
Ignition system - clean & inspect condition
Power package-entire-check for loose, missing or damaged parts
Crank case oil & filter - change
Battery - check connections
Ignition system - check timing & points (if necessary)
Drain, flush, fill gearcase
Lubricate steering cable ram (manual steering)
Check power steering pump reservoir ( power steering)
Check power steering system for leaks
Check torque on cylinder head screws
Check all linkage adjustments
Check tightness on engine mounting hardware
Lubricate grease fittings, spray engine, trim & tilt unit
Check boat & engine fuel system for signs of leaks
Check all engine electrical connections
