100 Hour Service/Annual Review - IO

Ignition system check timing	Crank case oil & filter change	Power steering fluid-check level
Stern drive unit oil - change	Steering system - lubricate / check	Battery load test & check electrolyte levels
Fuel pump sight tube - check	Cooling system - check for deterioration	Engine exhaust system - inspect for deterioration and restrictions
Drive belts - inspect condition and correct tension	Ignition system - clean & inspect, tune up	Flame arrestor & crank case ventilation hose -clean & inspect
Shift & throttle cable linkage - lubricate & inspect	Power trim pump oil - check level	Propeller shaft - remove prop & lubricate shaft
Gimble housing assembly & gimble bearing - lubricate	Engine coupler, stern drive universal joint & shaft splines - lubricate	Carburetor - adjust
Fuel filters - replace	Quicksilver MerCathode system -Test output	Closed cooling coolant - test & check level - biannual change
Zinc alloy trim tabs - inspect / replace	Transmission oil level if equipped	Gear housing water pick ups - clean
Water pump impellor - change biannually
